Cactus Coast Bartending does not provide or sell alcohol - we are a dry hire.  However, we're happy to help you create a custom shopping list or offer a personal shopping service to make the process easy and stress-free.

Booking a minimum of 90 days is strongly recommended, although for bigger parties it is helpful to book 3-6 months in advance. We offer a 30-day fully refundable cancellation policy for all bookings - excluding the initial deposit, which is required to reserve your event date and is non-refundable.

Yes, we curate custom drink menus tailored to your event theme, preferences, and guest experience.

We start with a complimentary phone consultation to go over your event details and our mobile bartending process. After that, you'll receive a custom quote and personalized recommendations. Once you confirm your package and sign the contract, we’ll stay in touch leading up to your event. In the final weeks, I like to visit the venue (if possible) to review the bar setup. Final payment is due 10 days before the event—then it’s party time!
